5 Stars Great Helmet!!
I started out with a non-dot “carbon fiber” half helmet… good helmet, but 35 mph cross winds nearly blew my glasses off when riding, so I went to a 3/4 with shield, but still had trouble riding in the rain and wind(live in Oklahoma), so, before heading out on a 3500 mile trip, I purchased this helmet (actually the exact helmet in HJC), and I like it the best of all, can ride in all types of weather without worry, I liked it so much in fact, that I purchased my wife one before we left on our next trip. She had to admit, she was really glad to have it, especially in the cold or wind. We have wireless intercoms and they work great in these helmets also. I was afraid I would hate the helmet because of the weight, after having the light carbon fiber helmets, however, it doesn’t bother me at all, neck never did hurt, I suppose because the weight is more centered over your shoulders. Thus far we have ridden approx. 5,000 miles in all types of weather and we love the helmets…and they are much safer also.
